Pete & Donna Fischer will help you select the right ingredients to create, nurture and age your own vintage wines. They also sell complete wine making kits that have all the equipment you need to get started. These kits feature a wide selection of grape concentrates including Merlot, Chardonnay, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon and many, many more. There are hundreds of different types of homemade wines that you can create from scratch.
While most wines are usually made from a wide variety of grapes, other types of wine can be made from plants and fruits found in your own garden. For example, you can make your own dandelion, strawberry, or apple wine. You can enjoy a different wine for almost every season!
